Bonfire WOW Day

Class: Elm Class Year: 2020 - 2021

On Bonfire Night we had a WOW day. We did lots of creative activities including painting fireworks on the iPads, creating tight paint bombs that we splatted onto paper, painting fireworks with earbuds and creating our very own sparklers. We also made a little campfire to represent Bonfire Night. Mrs Burnett showed us how to write with charcoal once it had cooled down. We all thought of lots of wonderful vocabulary to describe the fire too! Miss Parkinson was very impressed. In the afternoon we learnt about Guy Fawkes and created some Wanted Posters. We had a very fun day!
